What they're built on
Video, automations, music, films and photographs stay on hardware you own. There is no account with us, no subscription and no server of ours in between.
Draw a detection zone in BABA or edit an automation in DIDA, and it applies the moment you save it, without a restart. The rest of the system simply follows.
DIDA runs every protocol in its own process and checks every state at the boundary. A device that misbehaves can only stop itself; the house carries on and the adapter starts again.
BABA teaches itself which corners of a scene are only furniture, and adjusts when the room changes. OPUS notices a new album or season and checks that every track and episode arrived.
A note from the builder
I'm a mechanical engineer, and I look at a house the way I look at any machine: parts that have to work together, where one worn part never stops the rest and every adjustment takes hold the moment you make it. I wanted that at home — cameras that understand what they see, a house that runs without being minded, and a family collection that keeps itself whole, all on hardware I own. BABA, DIDA and OPUS are what came of it. They run my house every day, and every sensor, camera, switch and light that was already in it still works.
If that's the home you want too, the demos above are the real interfaces with a made-up household inside, and everything below is what you need to run them yourself.
And one honest thing about how they came to be: I have not written a single line of this code by hand. Every line is the AI's work, but not one move it made went unsupervised. I directed it, argued with it and stood behind every decision, the way an engineer answers for the work of a team. Not generated — built, deliberately, by someone who owns every choice in it.
